Q: How long will it take for my carpet to dry?
A: Your carpets will be dry to the touch in one or two hours. On average, they will be completely dry in six-to-eight hours. But we ask that you leave any “plastic tabs” or “blocks” under your furniture for 48 hours.
Q. How often should I have my carpet cleaned?
A. On average, most household carpets should be cleaned at least twice a year. Carpets in homes with children and pets and/or individuals with allergies should be cleaned more frequently. Commercial carpets require cleaning more frequently than residences, we recommend restaurants with heavy traffic be cleaned at least once a month depending on the amount of dirt and contaminant build up.
Q. What types of stains can you remove?
A. Many stains are difficult to remove, but we use commerical products that can remove or reduce many stains including soda, wine, coffee, juice, blood, to name a few; we also specialize in removing pet urine & feces stains.
Q: Can I walk on my carpet after cleaning?
A: Yes you can. We recommend walking on it without shoes lightly until it is completely dried.
Q. Will you move my furniture?
A. We will move and clean under sofas, loveseats and easy chairs. After cleaning we insert foam blocks &/or plastic tabs under the legs of those pieces of furniture; which should be left in place for 24 hours. Due to liability issues, we do not move larger/heavier pieces such as entertainment centers, bookcases, pianos, china hutches, beds, chest of drawers, dressers, etc.
